How to Begin a Parish Vocation PlanStarting a Parish Vocation Program may seem a daunting task - especially given today's climate and the drawbacks parishes now face promoting, recruiting and developing future leadership for the vocations.
But, it isn't an impossible task. An effective program that fosters a vocation-friendly environment of encouragement, discussion, education and example - is key to helping those who may have heard God's call but like Samuel at first, may not yet understand what it means to hear and heed that call.
